Below are the results of a survey we ran on Twitter from April 18 - April 22, 2020. There were 101 respondents, each of whom contributed anywhere from one to ten of his or her favorite shows.

In total, respondents recommended 266 different shows: 20 from the 1960s; 142 from the 1970s; 73 from the 1980s; and 31 from the 1990s. Every year from 1967 through 1995 is represented (although just one show for each year was recommended for 1967, 1986, 1992, 1994, and 1995).
